Reporting to the General Manager, our Retail Manager will support our day to day food operations for the retail caf , At Your Request patient dining program and onsite catering services. Responsibilities include: Supervising food service workers Ensuring fast and accurate service in the cafe Manage Labor and food cost controls Ensure Sodexo standards including employee engagement Strong marketing skills - drive sales Qualifications for the Retail Manager include prior retail food service supervisory experience, catering services set up, cash management experience and full HACCP knowledge. Prior experience in a high volume healthcare environment preferred. Position requires excellent communications skills and computer literacy. Apply Today!
